Every year, DELL organizes its European roadshow, the DELL Technologies Forum. A major event across Europe which provides an opportunity for DELL Executives and Managers to meet and exchange with customers and partners. 
 
The roadshow gathers is usually planned on 40 different venues: Athens, Brussels, Bucharest, Dublin, Helsinki, Lisbon, Madrid, Milan, Munich, Oslo, Paris, Prague, Stockholm, Vienna, Warsaw, Zurich, … 
DELL EMEA chose the inwink platform to automate the organization of its roadshow and to provide a rich digital experience to its participants:

  •  Duplication of the website configuration for each date in the roadshow
  •  Publishing of a multi-events ‘’Dell Technologies Forum’’ mobile app (App Store & Play Store)

For the annual DELL EMEA Partners Conference, a lot of DELL EMC partners, coming from all over Europe, gather to discuss the current trends in the market and showcase their latest leading-edge technologies. 

Leveraging the inwink platform, DELL EMC set out its event to foster meetings, networking, and interactivity: 

  • Creation of a rich and personalized digital experience
  • Publishing of a mobile app dedicated to the event (App Store & Play Store)
  • Personalized communications to registrants by emails and push notifications
  • Networking, matchmaking, and scheduling of meetings among participants
  • Registrations and badges management enabling different categories of participants
  • Check-in and badge scanning by means of NFC-enabled mobile devices
  • Real-time dashboards available to the organizing team to track the attendance flows
