inwink is an event-management tool which processes authentication of participants upon registrations to the event.
It is necessary for the inwink authentication system to handle personal information in order to enable the participant to register for the event, access the event website, and browse the information pertaining to the organization and logistics of the event.
Personal information collected by inwink are the last name, first name, and contact details, login and passwords, as well as any types of data as configured by the event organizer and displayed on the registration forms.
Personal data handled by inwink are confidential. These data may only be communicated to partners and suppliers of the event organizer for the exclusive purpose of managing registrations to and participation in the events.
In compliance with the GDPR regulation, an individual has the right to access to the data collected and pertaining to him or her, modify the data, request that the event organizer stop collecting his or her personal information, as well as request that the data be permanently deleted.
