Naturally, the CCI Alsace Eurométropole chose inwink Event (Starter) for the implementation of its event strategy!

How do you set up an event website with a small team in a very short time?
With little need for training, a member of the CCI Alsace Eurométropole team set up the solution in a very short time.
Following the contractual phase, the first accesses to the platform were opened in early August 2022. The site was ready to accept registrations in mid-August for an event taking place on 11 October.
The support received from inwink also helped the team become rapidly operational with the tool.
“The inwink team had designed the platform with the event’s coulours and had already set-up the web site’s graphic chart. I was accompanied by the CSM team who gave me valuable advice on how to use the product so that it would meet our needs. The combination of these regular exchanges and the fact that I was invested in using the solution meant that the implementation was very quick.”
How do you gain operational efficiency by centralising all activities related to the organisation of the in person event?
“Before working with inwink, for previous editions of Bizz&Buzz, the event was built around a web site on a classic proprietary CMS and registrations were managed with a third-party solution.”
The use of these two non-integrated tools made it complex and time-consuming to keep track of registrations, as it meant double entry for new registrants.
By choosing inwink Event and its all-in-one event platform, the CCI Alsace Eurométropole decided to centralise the operational management of the event within a single tool.
In addition to the web site generated with inwink Event, the management of registrations, the programme and emailings were managed directly on the platform.

How do you coordinate an event that takes place simultaneously in 19 different locations?
Bizz&Buzz is a 100% in person event, spread over 3 days, which has the particularity of taking place simultaneously in 19 different locations throughout the Alsace region.
Numerous sessions were therefore scheduled at the same time, without any of them being in the same place.
Thanks to inwink, the teams of the CCI Alsace Eurométropole were able to manage this multi-site aspect, by using the platform to manage all of these meetings.
Each session was linked to the site where it took place, and participants could then create their programmes easily and intuitively according to their geographical position.
The inwink OnSite application was also used in the different geographical locations to sign in and scan participant badges at the entrance of each session.
Directly linked to the inwink Back-Office, the use of this application allowed the organising team to pilot the event data in real time and to obtain an accurate view of the participations in the 19 different event venues.
