Content management : the program of the event features about 20 sessions conducted by nearly 50 speakers. A significant volume of content centrally managed in the inwink Back-Office and published on-demand on the event website. The program is structured in 4 main topic areas, and every session is attached to one topic, a timeslot and a room.
Attendance tracking : participants arrive at the event venue with their badges in hand and can check-in themselves on the computer tablets at their disposal. For participants who have not pre-printed their badges, check-in on the tablet enables them to quickly print their badges on-demand.
